A collection of Jupyter notebooks demonstrating how to make use of EBRAINS datasets
Each case study consists of a Jupyter notebook, which shows how to obtain the data and metadata associated with a given dataset, shows how to read the datafile contents, and contains some example visualisations and analyses.
Clicking on one of the links below will copy a notebook and any associated files to your home directory in the EBRAINS Lab so that you can save any changes you might make. All notebooks are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution Licence (CC-BY).
