E-GLIF Olivocerebellar Scaffold

NEST simulation of the olivocerebellar scaffold as a Spiking Neural Network, with E-GLIF point neuron models as in [Geminiani et al., Front Comp Neurosci, 2019].

What can I find here?

  • Drive:
    • Network folder: olivocerebellar network file (.hdf5) containing neuron positions and connections
    • sim_data folder: spike time files (.gdf) from all neuronal populations for an example simulation
  • Lab:
    • IPython notebook to setup the environment and run the simulation
