18 After attending this tutorial, learners will know how to use the QUINT workflow to quantify and analyse labelled features in a series of histological images of rodent brain sections within a known atlas space. They will be able to use the QuickNII and VisuAlign software are used for precise image registration, and the ilastik software for efficient identification of labelled objects. Finally, learners will know to use the Nutil tool to quantify features per atlas region.
