Read access is as open as possible, some linked repositories may require an EBRAINS login. Mentioned services Jupyter/HPC/… usually require accounts or acreditaions with their corresponding owners.

Information in this collab is written collaboratively by members of HBP SGA3 work packages 4, 5, and 6, predominantly by the involved technical teams, such as technical coordination, ICEI/Fenix sites and EBRAINS developers.
