  A key aspect of the Fenix Infrastructure is the **separation** of **resource providers **(organisation that provides infrastructure services, i.e. BSC, CEA, CINECA, ETHZ/CSCS or JUELICH/JSC)** **and** user communities** (e.g. HBP). Under the condition that a peer review process is implemented, the final decision on which proposal is provided with what amount of resources remains within the user community.
