Using Jupyter Notebooks

Overview

JupyterHub is integrated in the Collaboratory. You can access it at https://lab.ebrains.eu/.

Read through the Introduction to learn about the environment.

Who can use it?

You need an HBP account with an SGA2 accreditation in order to run notebooks.

Updates

Follow the updates here. You can provide feedback and suggestions in the Jupyter User Group Collab.

Collaboratory Jupyter Notebook environments are not persisted. They will be shutdown and wiped after 12 hours of inactivity. To save a notebook or data, save it to a library in your Drive.
