Database of long range projection neurons

After registering a neuron, a key question is whether other reconstructed neurons that are located in the vicinity have appeared in neuron databases. For this purpose we created a webportal in which neurons from a number of large and smaller resources can be searched and displayed in 3d. It is restricted to mouse neurons, since this is the only species for which axons of long range projection neurons have been fully traced.
