Neuron Morphology Viewer

The HBP Neuron Morphology Viewer is a web-based viewer in which neuronal morphologies in various file formats can be loaded, viewed, and saved as a different file format, whereby one can choose to save all or only selected parts of the neuron.
It was created in the first phase of the HBP Project. It is well suited to quickly check the validity and shape of a neuron and to perform formatting operations on it. It can read swc and neurolucida formats, and can output swc, neurolucida XML and 'internal json' format.
