Slice and neurite alignment tool

The alignment tool is implemented as a web-based interface in which a stack of slices and associated vector graphics that represents the traced pieces of neurite (axons, dendrites) are imported. The user is presented with a view of a brain section including its pieces of neurite, and sees the next section represented by its edges on top of it. The user can align the pieces of neurite between adjacent sections by using the manual translation and rotation buttons.

For demonstration purposes a test dataset is loaded by default.
