1 +The open Metadata Initiative for Neuroscience Data Structures (openMINDS) is the umbrella project for community-driven, integrated metadata models for neuroscience graph databases. The openMINDS Collab provides a general overview of all openMINDS metadata models, their schemas and respective integration pipelines and APIs. It also provides documentation on how to contribute to and how to use openMINDS (including hands-on tutorials).
