This collab has the relevant Collaboratory Apps installed for QUINT demo for reporting purposes.

What is QUINT?

QUINT is a workflow that uses several Collaboratory Apps for atlas-based quantification of objects such as cells in 2D histological image series from mouse or rat brain.

  • WebAlign: enables registration of the image series to a reference atlas.
  • Ilastik: enables extraction of objects such as cells.
  • Nutil: enables quantification per atlas-region.
  • Meshview: enables visualisation of the Nutil coordinate output.
