Purpose and legal basis

1. Your personal data will only be processed for statistical processing.
The data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu) and other relevant data protection regulations. The processing and use of the individual data is necessary for the following purposes:

• Obtaining statistical information about the usage of tools developed on the HBP (Human Brain Project).

In principle, filling this survey is voluntary. In this case, Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR is the legal basis. We conscientiously protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, falsification or destruction.
You can revoke your consent at any time.

The following data are processed:

• Personal end data: First name, last name.
• Contact details: E-mail address, Affiliation.

We only pass on your personal data within our company to those areas that require this data to complete contractual and legal obligations or to implement our legitimate interests.

Data processing might take place outside the EU or the EEA. Data server of an external processor is located outside the EU or the EEA.
