4 +After the recent power failure at CSCS, some of the Drives responsible for holding our Drive data have not restarted correctly. This has the impact of some files not being available when trying to open/download them. We have raised this issue with CSCS and hope to have a response soon. We are also taking steps to restore access ourselves.

8 +At 12:51 on 11th June 2024, there was a major incident at our infrastructure provider which resulted in all servers they hosted losing power. 39 +Bucket uploads are currently experiencing issues. During our investigationg it seems to be an issue with uploading the files to the CSCS Swift storage container that is preventing our system from working. We have raised the issue with CSCS engineers and hope to resolve this issue soon.

3 3  On Oct 25 2023, the CSCS site is performing site-wide maintenance which will also affect their network and/or the OpenStack servers. All of the EBRAINS core services will be shutdown in advance of this maintenance. This includes the EBRAINS Collaboratory IAM service which provides single sign-on to all EBRAINS services. A few EBRAINS services not requiring user authentication and not hosted at CSCS might remain active, most significantly the EBRAINS web portal. Service providers are responsible for stopping and restarting their services.
