== Introduction ==

Users can share a direct link to a document in the Drive. Clicking on such a link will automatically open the document in the appropriate app. This is what the user intends most of the time, however it does not allow the identification of the collab in which the file is stored.

For a document open in one of these apps (OnlyOffice, PDF reader, Markdown editor), users can access the containing collab via a the app's menu. The corresponding menu entries all use the same logo but are located in different places in the menu.

A new browser tab/window will open with the containing collab.

**NOTE: **Some of these menu entries rely on popups. Make sure popups are not disabled in your web browser, otherwise you may get a "Blocked popup" message in your browser (usually at the end of the URL bar). If you are not getting a popup, please ensure your browser is not configured to block popups from ebrains.eu.
