For local installations of the CLI we recommend:
- you install Python on your machine and create a dedicated env locally
- check our examples from here: https://github.com/the-virtual-brain/tvb-root/tree/master/tvb_documentation/demos
- install TVB from Pypi in that dedicated local environment, and use tvb from command line or jupyter lab
