A collection of Jupyter notebooks demonstrating how to make use of EBRAINS datasets
Each case study consists of a Jupyter notebook, which shows how to obtain the data and metadata associated with a given dataset, shows how to read the datafile contents, and contains some example visualisations and analyses.
Clicking on one of the links below will copy a notebook and any associated files to your home directory in the Lab, and then open the notebook. All notebooks are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution Licence (CC-BY).
