Who has access?

This is a public collab.

For now, this collab is intended for HBP researchers and EBRAINS developers in order to coordinate technical integration of different EC estimation methods into EBRAINS. If you are developing other methods for EC that are not yet integrated in EBRAINS, please let us know.

In the long run, this collab should become the starting-point for EBRAINS users interested in EC methods.
