They can be used to share information with other partners and/or to support commercial discussions. | ||

| 11 | - The technology developer/researcher (s) have acknowledged the possibility of transferring (commercially or non-commercially) the technology to external actors within the lifetime of the project, and their institution (s) agree on that. | ||

| 13 | - Either the technology development process is in course, or the development is presently in a stand-by status (e.g. due to financial restrictions, or any other resources limitations) with plans to be resumed within the lifetime of the project or within one year after finalisation. | ||
