4 The [[HBP Neuron Morphology Viewer>>https://neuroinformatics.nl/HBP/morphology-viewer-dev/]] is a web-based viewer in which neuronal morphologies in various file formats can be loaded, viewed, and saved as a different file format, whereby one can choose to save all or only selected parts of the neuron.
5 It was created in the first phase of the HBP Project. It is well suited to quickly check the validity and shape of a neuron and to perform formatting operations on it. It can read swc and neurolucida formats, and can output swc, neurolucida XML and 'internal json' format.
