What can I find here?

This collab contains examples on how to run jobs, access data and launch workflows on the supercomputing resources in EBRAINS.

The example Jupyter notebooks can be found on the "Lab" tab

Who has access?

This collab is intended for application developers and scientists who have access to one or more of the Supercomputers in EBRAINS that are connected via UNICORE.

To use these examples, you need an HPC account and computing time on one of the following systems

  • JUSUF, JUWELS or JURECA at Jülich Supercomputing Centre
  • PIZ DAINT at CSCS
  • MARCONI at CINECA
  • MARE NOSTRUM at Barcelona Supercomputing Centre
